Fast service, excellent help for a 74 year old who is not techy. Great quick service from Scott one of their live chat agents. Love the cost for this very fixed income family.

Robin ,was my CHAT girl,Was So VERY patient with this senior person, who was about to panic/do to not used to doing the activation process by myself.She lead my all the way to the Complete set up AND made sure I could call out on my cell service. Just a absolutely wonderful person.

Super Easy! Super Friendly! Bravo!
I am overwhelmed at how easy the chat agent made the activation process today. It took less than 10 minutes! Very friendly service and in language that made it comfortable to engage in this technology. I highly recommend Silvercell!!! FIVE STARS!!!

I switched from Tracfone (customer service is a complete disaster) and Silvercell was just perfect. Highly recommend them and they actually speak english! Scott was patient and very attentive.
