J’ai acheté un manteau en laine. Très beau, très bien coupé, élégant et le tissu est magnifique et doux. Le seul inconvénient de ce site est le délai de livraison. Mais ça finit par arriver! Je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat!

I had a collab going on with Silk Maison, I chose the silk twist top. It was delivered soon and it's really pretty! I love the gold color and fabric so much, Happy mood 'cause of Silk Maison!

I ordered a black wool coat in size M because that's the size I always wear and I followed company's size table. The quality is nice but the sizing is so inaccurate. Size up of you want it to fit you and go up 2 sizes if you want it oversized. I had to pay 18$ for the return shipping and it felt unpleasant. The company was responding. For that reason I won't take that risk again because I did follow company's size chart. It took a while to receive my replacement coat in a bigger size and I guess it fits fine, not oversized, and the sleeves are a bit short. It's fine for winter evenings in SoCal. I shop a lot and I appreciate free returns and exchanges.

Received the goods to Slovenia ( EU ) in apx 3 weeks. Ordered 6 pieces for my wife, 4 arrived, still waiting for two. However at the moment 2 are to small, writen twice to support, got no response. On their page it says, that you have to write them, so they give You a return/exchange adress...I am afraid, that I wont be able to exchange the pieces.

Here is my first post in which I reviewed few days ago (Hi, my order # is 85908. I still have 12 days to return my order. I have send you multiple emails to send me a return address but you are not replying. Are you a fraud? Tell me the return address here. Someone please help me and tell me their return address. Edit: hey this is what I’m doing. You never reply back to my emails. I can see you reply same to all reviews here. But don’t take any action. This is fraud. Give me your return address here. I WANT RETURN ADDRESS AND MY MONEY BACK YOU LAIRS) My second review after the co contacted me: (Edit#1: ok so finally the company has contacted me about the return issue and gave me the return address. That is why I have changed my rating from 1 to 2 stars. I’ll keep on changing the rating based on company’s further actions) My third review after dispatching my goods: (So I've dispatched my goods for a return and have sent a copy of the return receipt and a tracking number according to the company's requirement. I'm pleased to see a very good email reply from them which made me feel relax. For that I've changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. After this I am very much sure this company is not a fraud but it's new small business which needs some time to settle in. Let's see. I'll keep posting till the problem is resolved)

Ero in ansia per il mio ordine, poiché leggevo queste cattive recensioni. Ma devo ricredermi. È vero, i tempi di consegna sono lunghi (ho aspettato più di un mese). È vero, il cappotto è Made in china (perché i cinesi non possono fare roba di qualità?!?). Ma il cappotto che è arrivato è molto bello, di buona manifattura, di buona qualità e il servizio clienti ha risposto subito ad una mia email fornendo il tracking. Migliorerei i tempi di spedizione se si potesse, ma la strada è lungo dalla Cina fino in Italia! Perciò ci vuole solo un po’ di pazienza e sarete ricompensati

I was ready to write a 1-star negative review because it has been so long since I ordered the coat (11/26) and no update was given so I contacted their customer service dept. They did take a couple days to get back to me regard my order but they explained they were simply overwhelm on the holiday orders and having some delays since the clothes are all made to order. However, Silk Maison told me my item will be ready within 2-3 weeks. They're right - my coat shipped out within that time frame and it arrived faster than I expected, took only about a week to get to me (FYI, I'm in Texas, US). As far as for the quality and sizing, it exceed my expectations particularly for the pricing. USD$136 for a nice double sided coat that's made out of 80% wool? Sign me up! Overall, I'm glad that I waited and happy with my purchase but would recommended hire more customer service reps so issues can be addressed in a timely manner.
