I ordered an Extra Small coat and I received a size Medium. They told me I had to pay for the shipping to return it when they sent the wrong size? Awful experience and don't recommend. If it is your mistake I shouldn't be expected to pay additional costs for this. The actual product I was happy with, had it of been in my correct size

It took one month for the package to arrive and i was so dissapointed when it did. It really just looks so cheap and different from the photo. It arrived in a clear plasticbag so you deffinitely didn't get that luxury vibe that you would expect from a item that expensive. Sadly, couldn't recommend Silk Maison.

Hi the tracking number I have been provided with does not work. #179489. The tracking doesn’t exist and you have not even told me which postal service is being used so that I can look it up. I have also sent you 2 emails with no response so far.

Bad customer communication, delays in shipping that were definetley not made clear pre-purchase. Dress arrived super creased. Although the design itself is nice, the quality of the fabric is thin looks cheap and nasty. Id happily pay more for something made to last, its just hard to find these days.

Please FOLLOW the SILK CARE INSTRUCTIONS on our website to IRON IT and then you can wear it normally. :) Regarding the FABRIC, as 90% of the fabric of the dress you purchased is silk ( 19MM 92%SILK 8%SPANDEX), which ITSELF IS VERY LIGHT AND TEXTURE. I don't believe I only ordered the top, and it is hard to disprove since the company never sent me a confirmation of my order so there is nothing to reference. If it was just the top, then I will say the advertising was misleading, as both pieces were shown with no indication that the $160 fee was for just one piece. I will be returning the top though am still waiting to hear from customer service as how to do this. Edit 2/12-- Can someone from customer service please respond to my emails and give me a return address before the short return window closes?! Edit 2/14-- Still no response from customer service.

After reading all the reviews I really didn’t expect anything! HOWEVER (to my own surprise) I actually did receive my order yesterday (8th January), that I ordered back in mid-December. The quality isn’t that great, but it does resembles the photo on the website. I will, however, NEVER order from this site again. It is NOT trustworthy!
