I bought on Amazon for my father, ostomy belt and he liked it so much. Ana for customer support helped us with the sizing and so far all is good. Thanks

I placed my order on 10/14 and received an “out of stock” email in 10/17. There wasn’t an option to choose an alternative product so I asked for the 2 available items to be shipped instead of holding the entire order. I sent multiple emails through the website message link and direct emails with no response. I would imagine that most people are like me, here looking to ease a difficult transition. I am frustrated and disappointed and started to wonder if this company is just a disorganized scam.
Response from SIIL Ostomy™ Life Changer Ostomy ClothingOct 25, 2026
Paige, this is Maria from SIIL. You are right, and I am sorry. You asked us twice through your order page, and again by email, to ship the two wraps that were ready and send the beige one later. Nobody answered you. That is on us. All three wraps are now reserved at our US warehouse and leave with the next packing cycle. We found where your messages got stuck and we are fixing it, so it does not happen to anyone else. We are a small team, most of us living with an ostomy ourselves, and you deserved better from us. I have already emailed you; reply there and I will handle it myself. Maria, SIIL Ostomy

Linda, thank you. Hearing that it is a game changer means a lot to us. Most of our team lives with an ostomy too, so we know how much the right piece can change a day. If you ever need another size or have a question, write to [email protected] and I will help you myself. Maria, SIIL Ostomy

This was an extremely easy experience. The ordering process was great, they communicate well and checked with me several times to check out my happiness with the product.

Brenda, thank you for taking the time to write this. We check in after an order on purpose: getting used to a stoma takes time, and the fit matters. I am glad it all went smoothly for you. If anything changes or you need a hand, write to [email protected] and I will look at it myself. Maria, SIIL Ostomy

Update on dissatisfied order the company did not dispute my full refund as well as reached out to me and they apologized for the mix up. I do appreciate that they took the time out to contact me via email as well as return my money for a full refund.

Great experience. The product suits perfect and is worth every cent. The team is very close to the customer. Also in the after sales process (I did not need to return anything but they made sure that i would have known what todo if needed). Clear recommendation without any "but"!

I have been trying to get refunded for my order that never arrived since July. Back and forth with emails and chatbots on their website with no luck. This honestly feels like a scam at this point. Order number 122412 for reference. First out of stock, then issue with my address, now they send me tracking notifications but it hasn’t moved since August. They said they would refund and send me a confirmation but that wasn’t sent either! Buyer Beware!
Response from SIIL Ostomy™ Life Changer Ostomy ClothingOct 7, 2026
Michelynn, this is Maria from SIIL. Order 122412 is refunded in full. The card shows two credits, not one: 46.99 USD on 27 August, and 53.98 USD on 24 September. Together that is 100.97 USD, the whole order. Your note here is from 23 September, the day before that second credit. Please check the same card you paid with. If either credit is missing, write to [email protected] and I will look at it with you. Maria, SIIL Ostomy
