SignpostReviews of signpost.com

I am very happy with the service and results that my business has received since they came on board. Molly has been great. thanks for everything

Signpost is a team of professionals who are always willing to help. Customer service is always available and they helped me generate reviews in a way I could have never done on my own. I would recommend this company.

This is an excellent tool to help you remain engaged with your clients! From source tracking to promotions and follow up, Signpost puts all this on autopilot so you can have some piece of mind knowing your marketing efforts are all taken care and place your energies to other important tasks of your business growth.

It's difficult for one as a business owner to put a "value" on a review, but we hsaw our reviews increase week by week until we had a strong base on all 3 platforms (Google, Yelp & FB). I love hearing new customers say, "I've heard very good things about you", and when I say, "Oh yeah, from who?" they reply, "I did some research online and you have great reviews!" - It just brings a smile to my face. Knowing that all the hard work one puts into a business is paying off. I was a sceptic and decided to dip my toe in the water, but after a year I can tell you these guys are the real deal. Great resource for any small company that deals locally and their people are top-notch, receptive, attentive, responsive and very patient and professional. I can say I am very pleased with the results!

I have reviewed signpost services and find that this company provides marketing services not available with many traditional email management companies such as Mail Chimp. Specifically, Signpost is can use its artificial intelligence engine to automatically ask your clients (customers) for both reviews and/or referrals, by email AND by phone text. Or, you can manually customize and filter your contacts for such services. Signpost also helps with CRM, customer relationship management in a unique and beneficial way. I wholeheartedly, can recommend Signpost for companies looking to increase positive reviews, their web presence, and to grow their business.

SignPost helped our business get more Google reviews and contact customers easily! Highly recommend for any business.

Signpost has surpassed my expectations and I haven't even had it active for 30 days. Already paid for itself.

Although I knew I had many happy customers, I had a hard time getting anyone to leave a review. Sign post has increased my reviews so much! I love getting immediate feedback from our new customers
