Signetlondon has excellent customer service, extremely fast turnaround time, and a beautiful product. Recently, the chip broke on my card and I contacted Signet because I purchased the insurance with my card. Once my new credit card arrived Signet immediately sent a shipping label and the process began and ended seamlessly.

Super speedy service sent my card off on Monday received my new card on Wednesday. Great quality looks fantastic. Slightly disappointed that it now not a contactless card, would have liked to have known this beforehand

Service good just a bit disappointed that I wasn't aware the card will not work on swipe you need to insert the card in to the machine

When the original card arrived it was the wrong colour, due to the website not being clear, I ordered 'white gold' which I assumed would be shiny and silver. However it was a coated white card with gold writing. When I raised my unhappiness with Signet the customer service was basically exemplary, I could not fault it. They worked with me to get the design I really wanted. I have the new card now, I opted for the brushed steel, it's brilliant. I absolutely love it. The only down side is the contactless doesn't work, but then that gives me more time to look at my new card!

My card was delay to get to them and to come back to me , I live in Hawaii, is nothing about them they customer service was excellent, they pretty fast with the order, I will order from them agian. Nice card good communication. Super!!!!!
