Sophie was amazing. And some other team members are great! Thanks so much. I love the service and will reinvest in a new card; once color, and tap pay is added to the process. Took longer than expected to get my card. And it isn't as bright (gold) as the picture that was sent. So I'm a touch disappointed. A little unsure on how it's shipped back etc. Unable to track... don't use the US postal service!

The metal card i received was excellent. It arrived looking better than i expected and the customer support were are great help. But during the process creating the card, i only had a complaint which was the slow response time. I usually had to wait 24hr for a reply to come, now i understood that if i want to make changes to the design it takes time to do it, so that isn't part of the complaint but more when i was asking questions regarding the card. But overall i am happy with the product and might buy it again in the future.

It took a little longer than expected to receive my card. But the quality of the product and the help from the design team was outstanding.

The process was confusing and I didn't like the fact that you couldn't talk to a real person!! So I felt like I was in the dark and thought I was being scammed!! Custom communication needs to be worked on! But the card looks great and I love the feel of it 👍

Ok, let me say I love the card. I can use it in grocery stores but for some reason, it does not work in gas station pumps. I will be purchasing another one in the future because I still love the card.

Super speedy service sent my card off on Monday received my new card on Wednesday. Great quality looks fantastic. Slightly disappointed that it now not a contactless card, would have liked to have known this beforehand
