From start to finish the process was easy to use, very efficient, and the staff are wonderful to work with in getting your personalized card designed to your specifications. Signet exceeded my initial design submission. Once you make your order, you are assigned a designated sales rep. My rep was Sophie and she was phenomenal! She always kept in contact with me and readily answered any questions I had. The process of shipping my card to receipt of my new one took literally a week! (FYI they do send your old card back to you with your new one). The packaging and presentation of my new card was excellent. And the card quality is top notch. The slightly heavy metal feel and embellishments are right up there with the high end card issuers (ex. AMEX). Most importantly, the card works as normal! I am extremely pleased and I highly recommend the Signet products and services! Please keep up the great work!!
