Hi Shvasa Team, I am writing to formally follow up regarding the unauthorised renewal of my yoga membership and the pending refund that has still not been processed. As stated earlier, during the renewal confirmation voice call, I clearly responded “No” to renewing my membership. Despite this, my membership was renewed without my consent, and the renewal fee was charged to my card. Following this, I have contacted your team multiple times via email and follow-ups requesting cancellation and a refund of the unauthorised charge. Unfortunately, despite several communications, no refund has been processed to my card, nor has a clear resolution been provided. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and accountability from the customer service team regarding this matter, especially when it involves an unauthorised charge and customers’ hard-earned money. I request the following to be actioned immediately: Immediate processing of the full refund for the unauthorised renewal fee Confirmation of the refund transaction reference Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm resolution at the earliest. I’ve had a fantastic experience with Shvasa Yoga! The live classes are available 24/7, so I can easily practice at home whenever it suits me. The instructors are professional and truly care about your progress—they encourage you to use a good webcam so they can observe your form and give personalized feedback, which feels much more interactive and supportive than most online yoga platforms. On top of that, the support team has been responsive and very helpful whenever I’ve had any technical questions. Overall, Shvasa has made my yoga practice consistent, enjoyable, and stress-free. Highly recommended!
