Shred NationsReviews of shrednations.com

I called Shred Nations for an estimate after speaking to a representative with Office Depot. My first call was taken by Cindy. She took her time talking to me, she was informative and very pleasant on the phone. As we were hanging up she did something that surprised me. She said to make sure I ask for Cindy if I call back. Not many folks do that anymore. Even though Cindy told me that Shred Nations took the calls for Englewood Paper, in my infinite wisdom I didn't realize that applied to Centennial Paper until I made the call. The call to Centennial Paper was picked up by another representative from Shred Nation. I received the same pleasant helpful service. Additionally I asked her to make sure my information was given to Cindy and she agreed to do so. Thanks for making the process very easy. I look forward to recommending your services to friends.

Got a call and e-mail from a nearby firm. Reasonable cost and it was done. Thanks for the help.

I got a call from Richard from document demolition service and he was very courteous and very knowledgeable and we set up a time for his company to come and complete the shredding the next day and i am very satisfied with the whole process. I feel very confident that this was a great decision and that we were put in contact with an excellent company to handle our shredding needs.

So far not impressed as I am still waiting to hear back. It has been three days.

Everything was great and the cheapest price in Omaha

asked for help finding companies that shred papers, and received a call within 10 minutes

I was very happy with the phone service I received regarding the shredding job at hand but I was too good to be true. She was very pleasant. That said Im not happy because what they do is offer to do the job for you ON SITE for a really great price and they want you to sign the contract. I waited for the contract but before I could sign they had already given the job to one of their contractor matches. Although it was cheaper if was only OFF SITE. I felt really dumb because I said I was waiting for a contract from Shred Nations and they were coming out on the 26th. I now know they never intended to send me the contract.

The customer service rep (Melissa) was very professional & friendly. Mince I was unable to take the call we arranged a time for her to call me back. She was prompt in calling me back at the agreed upon time. She was thorough in explaining the pricing & procedures involved. A appointment has been set up for my shredding.
