I followed up with the company you referred me to in Cincinnati. I responded to that company with email requesting a quote and I have not gotten a response. I am trying to arrange this for next Wednesday or Thursday.

Filled in the online form and got a call back about 30 minutes later with all the info I needed. Very nice, professional call. Surprisingly fast response. My only critique is the field for the phone number input on the website is pretty funky. You cant easily see the numbers you have typed in.

Hello. I just called your company for the first time; I found the information on Yelp. The person I spoke with didn't tell me that you were a 3rd party company, or how your company worked, until after taking my information and I started to ask questions. It would be good to let people know how your company works up front.

When I called to get quotes for shredding for my business, I received a prompt and courteous response. I had 3 businesses calling within 5 minutes of my finishing the initial phone call.

The service could not have been easier, more pleasant, quick. I had never known how relieved I would feel. Having so much private info (even though it was safely locked up in the house) for so many years, now safely destroyed- whew!
