I was contacted within minutes of placing my quote request and received the name of two companies that would match my needs.

It did not take long at all for my request to be answered by both phone call and email. It is a good referral tool.

The first referral was not what I needed, I called Jennifer back, and She had another company call me, and as of today-06/02, we have scheduled to use them on 06/10/15

I went to the website and requested a quote. I have instead received a survey request. Unfortunately, I have no opinion yet.

My ProShred agent arrived on time, accommodated all my shredding needs, was cordial, polite and cooperative. I would use this company again and recommend them to any of my friends/colleagues who are in need of shredding services.

I specifically requested a location near New Fairfield, but was directed to my "best fit" location in Wallingford, over a hour away. I went on line and found a location myself in Danbury, about 5 minutes away. Also, I asked specific questions about pricing that were not answered.

Contacted Shred Nation via Google info. Sent them my info and received a call an hour or so later verifying what I needed done. A few minutes later I received another call and made an appointment. All went very smooth. The reps I talked to were business like and also a delight to talk to. Haven't had work done yet.

Shred Nation assigned First Shred in Minneapolis to do a shredding job at my home. First Shred called me to ask some questions and schedule my job. The woman who I spoke with was very professional and gave me a date about 10 days away. Today was the day First Shred was to come. Since I hadn't been given a time range, I called the office at about 10 am. I was told that although I was on the schedule, the driver "had a problem" and that I would get a call back to give me a time. It is now 5:36 pm. No call back from First Shred (although I did call them again and left a message) and I have now wasted an entire day waiting for the truck to come. Also, no call to reschedule. Really disappointing and very unprofessional.
