Russell was so helpful & made the process of ordering & receiving the Shower Bay easy and stress free. The Shower Bay is working out wonderfully so far for my mom. We have it in a corner of our downstairs guest room with a half bath across the hall. The installation process was very intuitive. It takes me under 10 minutes to set up the hoses & plug in the pump for her shower. She says the water pressure is great & is very happy with the shower experience. Overall a great product & wonderful customer service!

My father was recently hospitalized and this shower was our saving grace after he returned home. It allowed him to safely shower and also provided a sense of privacy. It was so easy to set up. Several staff from the hospital were amazed with the product and also noted the link for other patients.
