This unit has exceeded our expectations. It is exceptionally easy to use and works perfectly. Comfortable, hot showers, are now a daily event for our loved one. It is a breeze for us as caretakers. He, and we, couldn't be happier. Can't recommend this enough!

My guy has now used the Shower Bay twice and it is fantastic. It took me a little longer to assemble than I thought, but now that I understand it all, I know I can go much faster. I am not the strongest or most agile woman out there, but I managed it all just fine. It's a beautiful system. We've had our shower bay for over 4 years and it's one of the most important things I've ever purchased. It's been a wonderful help to my wife in order to give her a shower several times a week. The unit is well engineered and has held up exceedingly well. Kudos to Russell at Showerbay who has helped me keep the shower in good running condition.

Shower Bay offers a practical solution, but the setup was more difficult than expected and customer support could be better
