My experience was great. We haven't set up our unit yet but Russell was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to take care of my dad when he moves in with us. I love that the unit is made in America!!

I can’t find anything to complain about at all. It’s perfect for my wife (who has dementia) and will be for hopefully a long time. I spoke with the owner on the phone. He was courteous, answered all my questions and seemed like just a real nice guy. Even the delivery trucker was helpful. A great product and a good company!
