Important note: this review is re: SHOT VETS, which is facilitated by PetSmart. Bad experience. $440.00 to vax 2 dogs, pretty pricy. Not notified that boosters were going to be an *additional* $200.00 when we followed up a month later. No response to emails sent in between times for questions we had, we have unsubscribed from reminders several times over quite a while, but now we receive repeated notices that dogs are overdue for shots-incorrect, they've all been completed. So lots of spam and incorrect info/they do not update their info on that end. Workers: Late for start time of clinic and looking disheveled/out of it, on a Saturday morning. Then, even with appointment, took customers out of order of line position AND scheduled appointment. Gave wrong info (said dog park was fine, immediately after getting shots-incorrect; vet tech gave totally different answer when we asked a 2nd person, thankfully). Discount of 10%, ie: $20. initially offered for lack of informing us of total cost/extra $200. expected on booster visit-we negotiated a better discount, but after much time wasted and back and forth with their employee on the phone to some office/manager-type. Just over all price gouging, disorganization, shadiness, subpar work and plenty of time wasted. Never again.

Horrible company! No organization! I went there and waited for over an hour an and a half. No organization between prepay or non prepay lines or signs and they let whining people cut ahead and when the staff were confronted they lied and said they were prepaid! If that was the case why did every single one of them have to hand over their credit or debit cards again. Also, I was quoted one price for rabies alone over the phone, I get there and they tried charging almost triple per each dog in person. No wonder this company is from Florida!!! So corrupt and inept!

PET LOVERS BEWARE!!! Do NOT take your animal here. They do not care about the animals at ALL. This has been my worst experience by far with any company. They have the WORST communication by any company I've ever done business with. I was sent a text message at 8:32 am Saying they are 1 hour away.. I got ready and dressed took my cat out to the Dunkin' they were supposed to be at 25 min early waited for 2 WHOLE HOURS and never got any update. I called and called.. kept saying 5 min wait and with the 3 phones we used to call and had on wait it took 45 min for them to answer. The lady who answered was very incompetent she was asking me questions that had nothing to do with why they are late. She then told me after 30 min on the phone that they are not coming and they should've sent a text. THEN she tried to gaslight me and say that the message didn't go through to my phone. HOW would that make sense if I got every other message they sent along with the emails, If you have any self respect and you value your time you will avoid this company at all cost. My dog passed away. I then hit unsubscribe from shot vet. I am still receiving emails. It's bad enough that my dog died, and I am still getting emails that he is due for his shots.

Horrible. Complete lack of system or respecting appoints. Just a cattle call at the store. Ended up walking out. Avoid at all costs.

Signed up for the vaccine clinic at CVS in Pasadena, MD there were no signs, one one could tell me where to go to check in. just happened to see the van drive by and park on backside of store, walked over there was 1 girl checking people in, taking payments and giving vaccine. Completely disorganized and not safe for the that girl or your pet. I left and would not recommend this service.

It was a frustrating and complete waste of my time and gas. They advertised a clinic from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. We made an appointment online only for 5:30 and arrived shortly before only for it to be a first come first serve situation. The prepay patrons were able to skip to the front despite arriving after us. Another patrons dog began aggressively barking at my dog which got him riled up and he began barking and trying to get to the other dog. I had to wrestle with my dog while I waited and by 6pm I decided that we would all be there much longer then 6:30pm. I had to be to work by 8pm and realized that we would not make it in time. I honestly was not even sure that the prices were lower than the other clinics that were offered however I can’t and won’t recommend this one.

I visited their mobile clinics. In the past they were fine. This last time the vet had a horrible personality and honestly didn't care to be there, like we were putting him out. 6 months later, I placed an order at their online pharmacy for my 2 dogs, (1/15/26) It took 2 weeks to get here, (arriving 1/29/26) and they only sent one prescription, but still charged me for both! It took them from 1/15 to 1/19 to make the USPS label and then until 1/27 to take it shipping. UGH! I tried to go online and get help, their AI couldn't help and couldn't get a human to either. I called in and am currently sitting on hold for 53 minutes...and when I finally got a hold of their customer service she didn't acknowledge that I had been waiting that long and said she can't control how many ppl call before her. All she did was send a message to the pharmacy! I asked her if that was all she was going to do and she said she can't do anything else! Unbelievable! BUYER BEWARE! Guess I'll be Chewy's newest customer.
