dr Zoey goldthorp was absolutely incredible and one of, if not THE best vets I've ever worked with. She was incredibly caring and sweet and the babies didn't even seem like they knew what was happening with their vaccines because they were happily distracted.

My baby boy Riley loves to go to these people I've been down here going on 6 years and I've gotten his shots in the shot clinic ever since I came here in 2021 and will always come and get it from them

WARNING TO PET OWNERS: DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH SHOTVET If you’re considering using ShotVet, I strongly encourage you to think twice based on my recent experience. I received a text message stating that the event would be held at The Ugly Mug in Garner, NC. When I arrived, no one was there. At least 15 other people and I got the same disappointing answer: there was no event there. When I contacted ShotVet’s support desk, I was told the event was actually taking place in the next town over. After driving to the other location, ShotVet finally showed up 30 minutes late. This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable. Pet owners take time out of their busy schedules to make sure their animals receive the care they need. We deserve accurate information, clear communication, and a company that respects our time. Based on this experience, I have decided that I will never use ShotVet again. The lack of communication and organization has seriously damaged my confidence in this company. My advice to other pet owners: proceed with caution and confirm the event location directly before making the trip. I hope ShotVet takes these complaints seriously and makes the necessary improvements, because pet owners and their animals deserve better. Please Share
