I was hesitant to use ShopVidi at first. I'd never heard of them and, I won't lie, they seemed a bit incessant in the beginning. However, once I'd explained to Sarah that we just needed to think a little before deciding to pull the trigger, she was super patient with me and allowed me the space and time to come to any decisions. She has been super helpful and friendly throughout the entire process and I'm glad I finally purchased. Despite coming from overseas, the shipment didn't take too long and Sarah was quick to respond to any questions I had about our order. We sell anime-related blind boxes and the quality is honestly better than I expected. Will definitely be making more purchases and look forward to working with Sarah again!
