I'm not sure what is going on with ShopVidi, but they call me frequently. Each time I tell them I'm not interested and to please take me off their call list. They also send a lot of unsolicited emails. They do not come from shopvidi.com, just a random gmail account each time. The email text is always AI-generated. Their emails do not contain an unsubscribe link, and violate Canada's CASL laws. Even if you tell them you're not interested, they keep emailing you. Who is the owner/parent company? Don't know, website doesn't say. Where are they located? Website says Atlanta, GA. But, the phone number is a Chicago area code, and most of their employees on LinkedIn are in the Philippines. Their "Our Story" page is a sketchy, AI-generated backstory that tells you nothing at all. Even the photo they use beside, "Our Vision", is an unrelated artisan and craft shop in Portland, Oregon. At this point, I don't care what they're selling or how good their prices are, I have no interest in doing business with a company that operates this unprofessionally.

ShopVidi prices are unreasonably high. ShopVidi reached out to my shop with the promise of highly sought after blind box properties like Labubu and Sonny Angel at wholesale prices. Upon a closer look, the prices for Labubu, Sonny Angel, BabyThree, and many others are higher than MSRP. For example, MSRP for a Labubu is about $28. ShopVidi has Exciting Macaron series for $39.00 each and Have a Seat for $30.20. MEANING you could purchase official Labubu products from PopMart for LESS than ShopVidi is asking. They also occasionally sell Sonny Angels and last time they were selling them in a bundle and when you break down the price your cost per Sonny Angel was almost $21.00 each!! For reference, MSRP is $11.25 each for most series of Sonny Angel. So again, this is an instance of ShopVidi selling items to you for retail prices expecting you to find customers willing to pay double MSRP!! I presented this information to our ShopVidi rep and they promised to review their pricing structure, citing this as an error, and they offered to send a refund for the overage after they review. Weeks have passed and they have the same items listed at the same prices and they have offered no refunds. They did offer a coupon, $200 off of a new order for $2,500, which is an 8% discount and a transparent attempt at drumming up another huge sale from me. My previous orders from ShopVidi were troublesome with long delays and product delivered months after payment was processed. I do not expect to shop with ShopVidi again.

Signed up to add some blind boxes for my shop. Since then they have called me multiple times each and every day for a review. I did a review with pics but they still call every freaking day. I told the rep I was having an operation and would be out for two weeks. My staff doesn't have time to tell them not to call multiple times and I don't need to have them call me when I'm trying to rest up. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Sign up at your own risk or if you're lonely and need someone to talk to multiple times a day.

Misleading. I was told I was receiving a product sample. Then after receiving the product sample, I was told I needed to submit pictures of the product for sale in my store. How am I supposed to sample a product that I'm also selling? I was under the impression I would be able to try out the product to see if I wanted to carry it.
