Customer care is top priority
We’ve been buying direct with ShopVidi for several months. Our account rep (Nina) has been great. She’s extremely fast and responsive to our messages and helps to get us the answer’s we’re needing in a timely manner. Overall, our orders have arrived within the timeframe that we’ve been promised. We haven’t had any issues with packages arriving damaged due to the way they ship product out to us. Shipping has been done with extreme care & it’s much appreciated to have our product arrive safely & how anyone would expect it to be. ShopVidi is trustworthy and reliable. We’re happy customers!

Shop vidi has been a great place to get blind boxes for pop mart, baby 3, Nanci, Sanrio, and more! I love that they have free shipping and they have great coupons too! Sarah Jane has been great to work with too!
