This is my first time to ever write an external review. I only received 1/3 of my order and now am given ZERO explanation about when if ever I will receive the hundreds of dollars of masks I ordered to protect my children. Contacting my lawyer. Someone needs to shut VIDA down. Just contacted BBB too.

Placed my order on 8/7 for kn95 masks. Site still says at the warehouse even though my credit card was immediately charged. I can’t get any info on what is going on. Going to dispute with my bank. DONOT order with this company

I ordered two packages of KN95 masks for children and paid for 2 day shipping. It took almost 4 weeks for the masks to arrive. Once they arrived they fit my adult face and were huge in my child. I contacted the company via their Facebook pages and they informed me they will not take the subpar product back but encouraged me to donate my $80 worth of masks to those in need. As though I can afford to give away $80 worth of masks. They then offered me a 40 percent off discount on another order. I don't want another order, I want a mask that protects my child from a company that cares about protecting children over profit.

BEWARE - I am also reporting how VIDA is practicing dishonestly: 1. I ordered the VIDA kids FDA KN95 masks, and was sent LUTEMA brand M95C masks. This was not shown on their item details page when ordered. 2. Received the LUTEMA M95C masks and they do not fit. 3. Requested a Refund, and "Zhan" from Vida responed with an email asking for pictures. I replied directly to the email that same day. 4. Received another email from Vida saying that I had not reponded to their request for information, and that if i still did not respond in 24 hours, they would close the case. I immediately sent another email and also forwarded my earlier email with pictures and attachments. 5. They responded again with another email stating that I had not reponded yet and would therefore close the refund request! 6. BUYER BEWARE

Do not buy these masks!! I just received my masks I ordered. They are not Vida masks and they are not KN95 masks as promised. They are M95c masks from the company Lutema where I can buy the same masks for literally 50% of what I paid with Vida (100 masks for $159.98 vs the $308.71 amount I paid.) They don’t include a return shipping label as promised to send them back to recycle. There are zero markings at all on many of these masks. They are thin and see through in certain parts. I am extremely unhappy with my purchase. These masks are from a company that does not make NIOSH-Approved face masks. This is directly from the CDC Website: “Lutema Brand is misrepresenting the 5-Layer Face Mask as NIOSH-approved. Lutema is not a NIOSH approval holder or private label holder. Lutema Brand masks are not NIOSH-approved. (3/23/2021)” I’ve emailed and asked for a full refund but I haven’t heard back from the company. Vida, you can skip the “ Hi, Please send me an email at reviews at shopvida.com and I'll ensure someone follows up to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience. Best, XX” form reply to this review and just reply to the one I already sent and give me my money back.

Do not buy the KN95 masks for your kids. The website says they will fit kids 3 years old and up, but my 6 and 8 year old swim in them. I now have 250 masks that are completely useless to us as Vida will not accept returns.

Terrible experience. Please donot use this companies service. This company using COVID situation to scam people. The website showed K95 kids masks as available and I paid extra for expedited shipping. The masks are already overpriced but still I trusted based on an article I read for mask recommendations. Order was placed on 8/2 for KN95 masks and after multiple emails and Twitter messages they sent me M95c masks which are essentially dust masks. When I questioned them their answer was their vendor ships M95c when they don’t have KN95. Their service is terrible and stay away from these SCAMMERS. Dispute your bank and get your money bank.

Ordered masks on 8/9, product page said masks were "in stock" and ships in 5-7 days. After trying to reach out to support a few days later they said they reserved the right for it to be 10-15 business days. I'm at a loss, and will be reporting them to my credit card vendor as fraudulent Friday morning. For those also at a loss for what to do, their CEO appears to be very focused on being a speaker at a high profile tech conference called SXSW. Feel free to google "Umaimah Mendhro Panel Picker" and down vote her panel's selection to send a message that her company has been anything but "RESILIENT". Oh, and BTW, IF Vida responds to this it will be a pasted message that basically says all the same things under every other comment here.
