VIDA has a strong platform in designing apparel and accessories. I have been with VIDA since 2017 and I have seen huge improvements in product design and the company website design. The product quality is very high but can be expensive to purchase for the customer. I love the discount options and loyalty points system. The only issue I had with VIDA was how it can take up to a month for products to be made at the warehouse before shipment. I’m glad I stuck with VIDA as a designer and seller.

Representatives are awesome but the platform needs to be more geared toward the Designer's. They need to be able to keep fan-buyers inside their profile with more shopping ease to search and sift the specific designers work. Shipping times are too slow currently They should only roll out products that designers can sell Vs rolling out products that Vida jumps in front of the designers with

Had excellent experience with Vida pre-Covid. Ordered masks in mid- March. Masks arrived May 8. Great adjustable, washable masks with insertable filters. First masks we've had that are both functional and comfortable.

I am one of the first to join as a designer and I've certainly seen some ups and downs as the company grows. But overall, I am a very happy designer and customer. I recently ordered the masks with the charcoal filters and all went well, as I received a high quality mask set in the timeframe as quoted. I am happy with the expanded product list, as well. Anytime I have had an issue, it has been resolved. I'm very happy! Gerri

Beautiful fabrics and design. Takes a long time to arrive.
