VIDAReviews of shopvida.com

There are some really glowing reviews on here, and I just think maybe they ordered very different masks. The wire in the bridge of the mask I ordered was super flimsy and basically useless. The mask does not fit well. It is not sewn well. I cannot recommend these masks.

Masks did not have a metal nose piece and the filter that was promised. I purchased two and the exact masks that they said would include the metal nose piece and the filter because I was researching long time for one that included both these things but it didn't have any of these things. The mask delivered were just cloth masks. Nothing else.

Beware, if you have an issue with a mask. I love their masks, they have great quality and are comfortable, BUT, they do not stand behind their product! On my second order one mask was defective, I contacted them, they wrote back and asked for pictures, which I sent. 2 weeks later no answer from them. All they need to do is replace the mask. I should have known when I saw no contact phone number for them that somethings not right. It’s a shame because it is a good product, but customer service is just as important as the quality of the product!

I ordered the two pack mask during the pandemic and just received earlier this week. I will say the quality was way less than I expected based off of the reviews. But currently you can easily find them anywhere at this price or less (non designer which these aren't). Save your money and only purchase where you can actually feel and see the quality.

I unfortunately bought 4 of these masks. They are made of flimsy fabric with a thin wire across the nose that is already poking through the fabric. It will not withstand much washing with the wire. The adjustable side pieces are not very long, are not very elastic, and will not work for everyone’s sized head. The filters that came with them are nice.

It would have been helpful if there were sizes from which to choose because the one size fits all doesn't. The adjustable ear loops are good and the firm bendable piece over the nose is good, but the section that is supposed to cover the chin just hangs there like a curtain instead of actually going around my chin. So it doesn't actually work as a face mask but a really a veil.

The masks are fine. They're cheap-ish but they match the price. Took 6 weeks for delivery though. The website continues to say 4-9 days. Don't order these unless you are willing to wait 6 weeks. Anthropologie has way cuter masks that come in less than a week!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM Third edit- after I posted numerous bad reviews the customer service team responded and actually refunded my money. NOTE I had asked for this three times and gotten no response. My issue was NOT that they took so long it is that they charged me and for a month never could tell me where my masks were at all- except "they are on the way" Oddly enough the masks I ordered showed up today... They are decent quality but on the small side. The removable filter is a nice touch. I would not order after all this but if you are wondering about the masks they are OK quality and it seems eventually you will get them. NOTE - there are a number of brand new l positive reviews over the past two days because so many people complained - this is suspicious as the review prior were all negative-- same as mine-- I ordered masks and filters over 30 days ago, no update, no real tracking. They charged me right away of course. I emailed customer service and all they said was "they are on the way' I asked for more details - how much longer? They said they could not say.... Basically I am out $50 and have no masks. READ the other reviews - they don't send you masks and apparently if they do they are super low quality. I requested a refund and was completely ignored--- Wish I would have read these reviews first but what they do is have "fake" reviews on their own site which fooled me... Also BBB has a C+ rating because of so many complaints... live and learn. ** SEE Peter's response below? I have contacted that email 3 times over the past three days because I saw it on other bad reviews- no contact back
