Stay away from this company! Read the reviews on from other people who have had their money taken and then, when they want to return something, they can't. Or, in my case, when I paid for $16 for overnight shipping, they sent it snail mail and now, when I have asked for a refund, they have stopped talking to me. They treat their artists horribly -- yes, read the reviews of deceptive business practices written by the artists. This is not a repubtable company. Stay away...they cannot be trusted with your money, especially now that money is is short supply. Stay away. 5/16/20 I finally did receive a refund of the $16 -- and an apology. But I spent entirely too much time in my efforts to persuade the company that I was due the refund. The time it took and the frustration of dealing with this company is not worth it. There are plenty of other companies now offering masks and I have to believe that they're much more reputable and responsive than this one.

If I could give 0 star I would. The only thing good about this company is its customer communication. Not that you are going to get any satisfaction if you are unhappy with your purchase. THEY WILL NOT RETURN and use that excuse for keeping part of your money. They pay their artists ( and I use that term lightly) a pittance and charge outrageous amounts for sub quality products.I should have listened to the friends who has been disappointed but went with my grandaughters desire instead. Also item took almost 4 weeks to receive. I will never be lured in again with their great photography, and clean advertisement. There is no customer service when a return is not accepted if a customer is unhappy, and it takes 20 emails to come to THEIR resolution.

I paid for shipping and Vida only paid a portion of the shipping I paid to them so I had to pay shipping again to get my package. !! Never again and reported to BBB

These folks are terrible to work with. I ordered several items in May. It took much longer than stated for anything to arrive. Finally they let me know that a table runner that I ordered wasn’t of high enough quality to send and gave me a gift card. I asked for a refund. I had to ask and argue over many weeks. Then they said they would refund but never did. They cancelled the gift card because they said they would refund, but did not. Then they said they would ship the item but again never did. Their customer service people over and over told me things that were not true. They took my money, kept my money and sent me nothing. Plus what a HUGE hassle. Go to Etsy. They treat their customers better.
