Best cloth masks that I have found for fit and comfort. This time I ordered the smallest bulk mask order (10 masks) to save a bit on each. Any "in stock" item should get here in 2 weeks, right? It was over 2 weeks before they even shipped the masks, and I got no update about them until I complained. They eventually arrived after I returned from my trip that I needed them for. (3+ weeks)

Based on other reviews I was expecting excellent quality masks but was very disappointed. Even after nose and ear adjustments the fit was poor with gaps at the sides and lower portions. One of the plastic ear piece stoppers fell off during the first wearing. I gave this two stars instead of one because the fabric was good quality and shipping was prompt.

My first order, the masks were perfectly shape and well adjust to your face. I was very happy. So I ordered 3 more and to my surprise they are awful. Large on the bottom, crooked, fabric smaller in front of your nose and no space to breeze when you put the filter.

Metal nose piece is nothing more than a twist tie found on a loaf of bread, rubber pieces to adjust the length of ear straps arrived broken. Not sure how this brand received such glowing media reviews. **Appreciate that the company reached out due to this review, however, each replacement received has been defective with either a broken earpiece adjuster or problematic nose piece. Thank you for responding, customer service has done what they can at this point.

I made the mistake of not realizing the masks I ordered were tie-on. It was very hard to get these to adjust properly to my face. My cheap drugstore mask with adjustable earloops fit much better and is easier in and off. This was a waste of $$.

I finally got my artist mask and it took about 2 months to get here. The fabric although light is also very thin. I do not know how effective it is, even with the filter. It is not really well designed. They did not allow some space for one to breath. I have one I bought locally that even with the nose wire in place and the filter, one has some space to breath. Plus the pocket has a small opening to insert the filter.

I was so excited about these mask. I saw that they were ranked the number one mask on a news article. I would beg to differ! The material is super thin. You can see a flashlight right through the mask. I bought the multiple pack for my family and the mask came in all different sizes. My husband needs a black mask for work he can’t even wear it because it doesn’t fit. Such a huge waste of money. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because they were shipped and delivered fast. So disappointing!

I waited 3 weeks for delivery and received masks that barely fit my head is not large. Doesn’t come close to fitting my husband.
