After several extra weeks of delay I finally received the two masks that I ordered. I quickly tried them on to make sure that they fit and adjusted the ear loops, then I put them in the sink to hand wash them. Within a few minutes of trying them on however, I noticed that the skin on my face felt tight and hot as though it had been burned. When I looked in the mirror I was shocked to see that everywhere on my face that the masks had touched was bright red as though I had fallen asleep under a sun lamp!! I have no idea what was on the cloth but now I am afraid to wear them even though I have washed them twice!! It’s been several days since that happened and the skin on my face still hasn’t fully recovered. Do NOT buy!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money, but will not fulfill the order. They will claim it was shipped and delivered, but will only send part of your order but claim it was a complete order. BEWARE! Post script after company response: I have written to customer service, but have not received a reply.

Too small for anyone but a child. Absolutely worthless. Almost $50 for 2 and extra filters.

Ordered over $200 worth of masks and filters on APRIL 18th and have received NOTHING!! The only USPS tracking notification status we have received so far was to say the label had been printed on May 16th. This is NEGLIGENCE. I have place many orders with other companies and have received items PROMPTLY, so don’t blame shipping delays on the pandemic. I will be contacting PayPal to start a dispute on this purchase if I don’t hear back from a Vida Customer Service Rep TODAY.

Ordered masks a month and a half ago and I still haven't received them. I contacted them and they said they had already shipped. The tracking number they gave me says that the USPS hasn't received them yet and that only a label was created and that was on May 9th.

Ordered masks from Vida months ago. Was belatedly informed that they'd shipped last Friday, only that was a lie. The post office tells me that Vida has created a shipping label but that is it. Judging by the rest of the reviews here, I see that I'm not alone. Add in the fact that Vida charges when you place the order (not when they ship), so they've had my money for months, that they promised to refund the shipping fee (and never did) and now won't respond to any attempts to contact them. Do NOT order from this company.

I ordered 2 masks on April 24th. After a month of waiting, I saw on the Vida website that my masks had been delivered and my order had been fulfilled. I never received anything. Then I check the USPS tracking website and find my package is still in pre shipment and that they are awaiting the items from Vida. I'd really love to know where my items actually are or at least get my money back.
