Quality product, machine washable, fits both my husband and my face. Included a carbon filter which was a pleasant surprise. Cost is not prohibitive. They kept me up to date on my order status.

Vida is simply an amazing partner to our organization. We have are providing their masks to both our staff and clients. As an owner of a salon in Austin, Tx., maintaining strict safety precautions during this time is critical. Vida's team has been communicative, informative and amazing to deal with. All of this in addition to offering great products that are designed beautifully and provide amazing coverage.

While it took a long time for the masks to come, VIDA emailed me weekly with updates. I sent two to my son and two to me. The masks fit his large head and my small head with the adjustable ear lops. The mustard and olive colors are easy to wear. I appreciate the starter filters and easy filter insert. They are hot to wear, and best for low activity. The directions say to machine wash and dry, and they need some ironing. But definitely serviceable.

I agree with other reviewers that Vida respects its customers and communicates promptly about delays, etc. Frankly, the delay that we experienced was beyond their control: China customs delaying products at their border; an event that Vida couldn't have predicted. Here's to their locating a USA manufacturer. The face masks are well-made and wash well. I feel comfortable and secure while wearing one and the nose wire ensures a tighter fit - a plus. I would like to see prints as an option. 100% cotton, thank you, so much more comfortable than synthetic fabric. Thank you, Vida, for supporting us during this scary time. This review is of the masks from California and the experience of waiting for the previous masks from overseas. The masks I received (from California) came very quickly and are really high quality-soft, comfortable, easily adjustable and they come with filters to make them more effective. Very pleased! While I was waiting for my previous order (turned into a month and a half wait) I was kept informed of delays frequently, and then given the option to cancel and order the masks the company had hired people in California to make. I was very impressed at the obvious effort the company made to satisfy its customers and get us what we needed. The delay was long but was MORE than made up for by the company’s effort and the final product. Would order again.

After a month I finally received the masks and they were worth the wait. Stylish, high quality construction, comfortable, and good fit. They seal decently well, about the same as a disposable surgical mask, but these are washable and reusable. The filter insert is legit - substantial, real melt blown layers - though it only covers about 80% of the mask, meaning some air will go around the filter. So don't expect miracles with this. Still, it'll be effective for catching your sneezes and coughs to protect others. With a small change in increasing the size of the filter inserts, these masks would be even better. Fortunately, since they are removable filters existing masks could benefit from any upgrades on the filters.

These are the best masks I have found during this pandemic! Light but sturdy. Comes with a pocket for a filter and a flexible wire for your nose bridge, which makes it easier to breathe and talk. They are also adjustable which is the best part of it because a lot of masks out there are one-size-fits-all and we all have different head and ear shapes. And I love the colors that they are available in! I’ve seen folks complain about how long they take to ship but I wish people would keep in mind the delays happening in manufacturing and shipping things via mail. You can’t get anything right now on priority shipping, so if you can wait a bit for these to ship to you they are definitely worth it.
