MADE IN CHINA, these masks are not made from California. The fabric are low quality and they shrink. The adjustable piece falls off after adjusting for the first time. I really hoped that it was what they advertised but it is not.

Scam. Wish I never purchased masks from this “company”. I placed an order of masks for my family and I (8 masks) on May 4th which was 2 and a half months ago. My order says “fulfilled” on their site but when tracking it says it hasn’t even arrived in California USPS - just “label created”. Emailed and a woman named Roda responded swiftly saying she would contact USPS and because it’s something urgent she would send out a copy of my original order which should arrive within 10 days. This was a month ago. Have reached out several times since to get an update on where in the world the masks are and haven’t gotten a response to any of my messages. There’s no phone call to contact - they encourage you to email them but then they don’t respond. They took my money and haven’t sent my masks or the masks their customer service rep said she would have sent out. It’s the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Their marketing masks that aren’t even in production and they clearly don’t have them produced nearby since it’s taking so long. If you’re going to take nearly three months then you need to issue people a refund or the least you could do is update them on EXACTLY where in the world their order is. I highly recommend everyone to NEVER make a purchase here. Wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering since people seem to be having issues with their product. They have some nerve telling people to please email them to resolve their issues when they aren’t responding.. Update: After posting this I finally got an email from Vida & come to find out it was word for word the exact same message template I got from “Roda” a month ago - this time by “Edel”. With another email saying thanks for your order (the order I made 2.5 months ago) but with today’s date. It says delivered... and there’s no tracking number attached. This is absolutely ridiculous. 0 customer service. Terrible business practices. So frustrated that I’ve wasted time and money here. Where are my masks?????! Where is my money?????

Do not order from this company I have been trying to get a refund for weeks , many emails sent , claim they can't find the order number sent photos of confirmation , this is not a leggit company , no contact number , shame on me for falling for this.

No reply I paid $120 dollars to promote my items on there trending but weren’t showing up had no contact off them

I ordered two Vida masks. When they were delivered I opened one and inserted the filter and used it for a shopping trip of about an hour. It was a little difficult to keep on my face but I persisted and kept it up. This morning I receive an email showing how to center the metal nosepiece. What??? I did not receive a metal nosepiece with either mask! Cannot find a number to call to take care of this! Please advise.

These masks are terrible. I really wanted to like them. I didn’t mind the wait. But they’re cheaply made. The fabric is flimsy. It’s already starting to fray. The wire across the nose wasn’t centered when I got it and started poking through after one wearing. They’re very small and narrow. I put one on and it felt like someone wired my mouth shut. The ear loops pull at my ears and the adjustable loop pieces come off easily. On Vidra’s site they say the masks run small. But they add, “For a more generous fit, consider our Made in California mask.” Well, I ordered the Made in California Mask. Either they didn’t make the masks in California or the masks are ridiculously small. I checked out the company on the Better Business Bureau and they get a D rating. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else.

What a disaster they are. Order date is approaching 30 days ago, still no idea when it will go out. They have a nice tracking app that tells me it went to their warehouse around 10 days ago. I asked Customer Service if they could arrange for deliver by 7/1, got a very speedy and nice note back saying they couldn't guarantee that. Now I'm off on a trip, was depending on having these masks prior to leaving (and was well within their expected shipping time frame). If I could post a picture of the dates I would but their site says 'usually ships out 16-18 days from date of order' - I am working on 24 with no ship date in sight. Thanks Vida!!! If I could cancel this order I would. Since they will not allow me, I will post reviews in as many places as I can find to make sure others don't fall into the same trap. UPDATE: Peter, I have seen the notes you have left for me and others including the wildly inaccurate information about in stock and shipping in replies to others. I needed the masks by 7/1 at the latest. That was over 24 days ago. I just checked and it still hasn't left your warehouse. These will arrive past my planned usage date, there is no reason to contact you. Vida just needs to provide accurate and realistic shipping dates so customers can make informed decisions.

Don’t waste your money! I ordered May 2 and it’s 2 months and I’m still waiting. I reached out June 10 and was told that another shipment would be sent. That was 3 weeks ago. All stuck in preshipment....I ordered great quality masks from other companies and received them all. The BYOM is the best we’ve tried. I’m going to be disputing this with my credit card company. I’m not the only one with this issue. This is a scam.
