Vida sent me the wrong masks. I purchased their KN95 masks and they sent me generic cloth masks. I attempted to contact multiple times requesting a refund or the KN95 masks and have never received a reply.

Very poor quality masks. The adjustable clips broke in 2 minuted while adjusting them. I bought them for $80 based on some obviously 'PAID' review , now I am realizing that! And even poorer customer service. If you are so confident about your product, you should be able to stand behind it and refund or replace when customer is unhappy.

I ordered 4 masks a month ago and have still not received them as they are still being made - in Pakistan. I've been in touch with their customer service but they're saying I can't cancel the order and of course, my credit card was charged when I placed the order. If I had known this I would have not placed an order with this company.

Vida masks are of the POOREST quality I have ever seen. Mine came with both missing and broken strap tension clasps. I also can't get them to answer the customer service phone! I have to believe that they have NO QUALITY CONTROL. It is too bad rating stars can not go negative.

The quality of the new facemasks are horrible. Every one of the rubber stops broke within a week. The first ones that i purchased a few months ago are much better...looks like a switch in vendor. I wanted to post on the VIDA site but can't find any way to do that. The only thing you see on their site is 5 star reviews. Be careful buying. I would not buy again. Responding to Peter: First order: 6/20/20 - 351125 - good quality masks. Rubber stops are still intact even today. Straps have some stretch which is good for fit. Second order: 8/29/20 - 469661 - poor quality. ALL rubber stops are broken including replacements included. Interestingly enough the first set I purchased in June did not include replacements but they were not needed. Straps are no longer made with stretch material. 10/30/20 Update: Vida reached out and they are sending out replacements. They explained that it may have been a bad batch from the supplier. I will provide an update once I receive the replacement. I'm happy to say that customer service is doing their best to help address the issue.

I ordered a 4 pack of protective masks-pastel, plus extra filters. They arrived and several of the ear strap adjusters were split and useless. My order included 2 spare ear strap adjusters, but there is NO WAY to get the strap through the hole. I reached out to Vida explaining how the masks arrived with split ear strap adjusters and that I could not get either of the spares to go on. I was told to use a Bobby pin to try to feed the strap through the hole. That did not work and resulted in 2 more split ear strap adjusters. I had one mask left that had the ear strap adjusters still in tact, and simply putting the mask on caused BOTH of the ear strap adjusters to split! Now I have ZERO useable strap adjusters and ZERO useable masks because the straps are way too big and the masks do not fit or stay on. I do not recommend these masks at all. There are way better masks available with quality ear strap adjusters that actually work, stay on and do not break at the slightest touch or, worse, arrive already split and broken. Do not buy these masks, they are complete junk. $50 down the drain.

Updated Oct. 8: still no order and no communication back to me about a delay, when I checked tracking it states my order is sitting in a warehouse. Why does it take a month to receive an order? The high reviews are fake. I am still waiting for my mask, I had to contact them after a week of not receiving anything in the mail and they told me that they ran out of one of the four masks and I could choose another color. No one thought to tell me?? So I chose another color and asked if I would have to wait another 5-7 business days and they said no! Well hmm 4 weeks later and I find out they sent it to the wrong address. Not a legit credible company and the worse customer service!!!

At the moment I unable to view Artwork in my gallery. All images submit are per your guidelines for submission and size required. If I can't view my art neither can my clients....via no sales...which I haven't had in 6 months...even after several promotional efforts.
