I ordered a 4-pack of masks very early on, before masking was mandatory in most parts of the country. When I received only 2 of the masks, I was very irritated. I contacted VIDA customer service and was contacted via email very soon after. They sent the additional 2 masks and sent me another 4-pack at no charge. Great customer service! The masks themselves are comfortable and fit nicely. The filters provided are also a nice bonus.

I think that these are the most comfortable and stylish of the many masks that I’ve ordered. They have a nice fit and wrap around the face without looking bulky. I especially like wearing them after washing and rinsing in my favorite fabric softener. The smell makes it a delight to wear! I do wash mine by hand and hang to dry. I also put a light iron to it before wearing because I like a nice crisp look. This is the only mask I’ve purchased where the material is just the right weight without getting me too hot. And, because I ordered at the beginning of their foray into mask making, the order did take a while, but they kept me informed of the delay. When there was a mistake with one of the colors ordered, the replacement was sent, immediately! In fact, I wish they would make even more colors! And, for the record...I am still waiting for other logo brand masks that I ordered around the same time as these!

I just placed my 3rd order with VIDA. My mom has trouble seeing in other masks she's tried and has fallen a few times because of it. She loves these!! Mine and my dad's glasses don't fog up as much. I DO have an issue with sucking in the material, but that happens with all of them. I have emphysema and COPD, and it's a little easier to breathe in these. Their customer service is outstanding!! I've had a couple of minor issues when ordering, and they got back to me immediately each time, even though they said it could take 7 days or so. And the issues were resolved immediately. I'm very happy to have found such an honest company!!

Love both the masks I purchased. The fit is the best of all the brands I have tried. Shipping took a month, but the web site did advise buyers of this. I wish shipping was quicker I’d the only negative thing I have to say. Very happy with the purchases.

Excellent masks, most comfortable I own. I ordered the masks along with 50 million of my closest friends so the shipping/making of the masks was backed up. Vida kept me informed of the progress and I believe I even received the masks before the estimate. The only a negative I have is I received the same order a few weeks later, and the company is difficult to contact, understandably as its a small company and these are extraordinary times. I did get a person quickly through their Facebook page. Overall a fabulous experience and I'm very happy with the masks!

I bought two masks and they fit me and my daughter perfectly. They did take really long to come, almost 8 weeks. But, we like them so much we've just ordered more and their website says they are shipping in 5 to 7 days now. I highly recommend these masks.
