I ordered these masks for an upcoming airline flight. They said that they were out of stock after I placed my order. They said that they would replace it and I said only if I could get them before my flight otherwise they were useless to me. They were very nice and said they would do that. I never received them and got a notification a week into my vacation that they had just been shipped.

I'm very disappointed with my order experience. I ordered kids masks two weeks ago for a trip, and they haven't even shipped yet despite the fact that the website said they would ship within 1-3 days. When I contacted customer service I wasn't even given an estimated timeline! At this point they will not arrive in time for my trip.

Their website stated items ship within 1-3 business days but after a week of my item not shipping I contacted them only to be told that they were out of stock and waiting on a shipment. It was useless to pay for the 2 day shipping because they arrived 2 weeks after I ordered them. Then to top it off they are not even KN95 masks!! They are M95c, whatever that is and they don’t even fit the same. After researching, the masks they sent are from a company called Lutema there in San Diego as well, they are thinner and not the same quality. Also if you pull up that companys website you will see that the masks they sent are half the price. However, it is NOT the mask advertised on their website. These were for my immunocompromised child who has to attend school and they don’t even fit correct and I was sent something other than advertised. Previous purchase with them in May was fine and had no issues with the product or fit so I put my faith in them and spent much more this time. I feel completely ripped off, customer service responds at weird hours and seems like they are in a foreign country. Most likely going to file a dispute with my bank because I paid $230 for a 100 pack, so I’m out serious money and from other reviews, their customer service seems unwilling to help.

Took my money and no delivery! Can't get a tracking number, nothing. Ordered kids n95s for the new school year and first supposed delivery was "lost" after 11 days of not getting anything. Now 2nd "attempt" has not arrived of course with no tracking number. Customer support is eager to mark your issues as solved even though there is no resolution. Now I have to scramble to find a decent n95 mask before school starts in a few days. If you want to be scammed, order from VIDA.

Don’t buy the two day shipping if time is of the essence on getting the masks. I was going to take a flight in six days and wanted a good mask for that and the return flight. I spent $25 for the two day shipping but the masks didn’t arrive until a week later—by which time I was gone and had to make other arrangements. Vida refused to reimburse me despite violating the face of the policy. Poor customer relations — and I certainly am not buying from them again!

Misleading advertising overpriced still waiting for my masks to be made 16 business days from order time lousy customer service refuse to cancel my order despite repeated requests will be lucky to receive these masks in one month's time from order ridiculous

Came across shop vida website and purchased about $200.00 worth of face masks. 10 pack of kids KN95, 10 pack of adult size KN95, 8 pack of the cotton cloth ones and a 4 pack of the sports mask plus $11 shipping. It has been almost a month and the shipping was delayed for part of my order. Supposedly after emailing twice and requesting a refund they are now on their way. I feel the time frame for shipping noted to possible consumers on the website is false advertisement. They did not ship out within 1-3 days or 3-6 days and if they are not in stock or it is expected to be delayed for a month or more it should be made known to customers. I did receive the KN95 masks separately but i am waiting on the remaining items. Both of my kids have used the KN95 black masks. My 6 year old used the kids size and my 10 year old used the adult size one. While they are comfortable and light, the ear loops easily come off of the mask making it worthless. I am disappointed in a 10 pack disposable pack mask that cost $35 and $38 that cannot even get a couple of hours of regular wear. You are better off purchasing a box of regular disposable masks. I am disappointed in this purchase and sadly would not recommend to others. I have yet to receive the cloth & sports masks but from other reviews i am not sure i have high hopes as to their quality either.

I have not received any order yet having received a text saying it's on its way seems it's a scam tbh I want a refund please
