I purchased KN 95 for kids and overnight shipping. The next day I received the order only to find a pack of 20 cloth adult dust masks with filters. I have e mailed 3 times and still haven't got a decent response. All I received was an e mail with a ticket id number. Very upset about this. I wanted my 7 year old to start school safely.

I ordered masks from them last year and was great. My gf did as well and it was amazing. I ordered masks in July 27th still haven’t received anything. This is especially frustrating since it said they were in stock. I paid for two day shipping and I’m still here without any masks. Truly frustrating customer service but no notification or follow up regarding delays considering product was “in stock”….

Wow! All of these reviews reflect exactly what’s going on. I have ordered from this company before and really liked the masks and knew that this is where I was going to order my kids masks for school from. I placed my order on August 8th still nothing. Status still says being prepared and warehouse. Order 688802. I ordered in more than enough time according to the website to have them by now. I have already emailed reviews @ shopvida.com and am expecting an immediate full refund. If necessary will contact the BBB and the attorney generals office after that. Do not take advantage of or mislead people especially when it comes to their children, personal safety or money. Doing all three in one transaction is a huge mistake. Also they deleted my comment about the delay off of their Instagram. Update 8-25-21 I received a refund this morning.

I ordered $100.00 worth of masks and overnight shipping. Did not get them. These were for children!!! Do not order. It is a scam!!!

We ordered from Vida after reading the reviews on how well the masks fit kids, and it was a US company. We ordered on 8/2 for a trip on 8/29. Their website said orders ship out in 1 - 5 business days, but may be delayed due to USPS Covid shipping delays. The day after we ordered the masks, the status on our order was updated to "Your item in in our Warehouse and we are working on shipping it out." After not getting an update to the status we e-mailed on 8/10 and were told to give them to the end of the week. After not getting a status change we e-mailed again on 8/15. On 8/16 they told us they are waiting for an estimated shipping date from the warehouse team. We are very frustrated with the lack of transparency. Either they don't have the product to ship and are just saying its sitting in the warehouse, or they are so disorganized they can't ship their product promptly and their own teams cannot communicate. If they didn't have the product to send, they shouldn't have let us order. We are now not able to get product from anywhere else in time, and Vida has done nothing to help us.

This company is run by con artists. After taking your order and money, and despite paying for expedited overnight shipping, my order of masks have not arrived. It has now been 2 weeks since my order. Customer support gives canned responses when contacted, citing shipping delays with USPS. That is completely inaccurate as I have received many other orders from other companies via USPS in a timely fashion.

Ordered masks two weeks - masks have yet to ship (website says will ship within 1-3 days). Contacted customer service, was told I would hear back from them within 24 hours - have not heard back from them. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Terrible customer service. I ordered kids masks for an upcoming trip 2 weeks ago. Still no shipping date. I receive automated scripted responses that are full of useless garble. I was told my order would ship by today. NOPE.
