Vera's UndiesReviews of shopvera.com

I am a previous user and reordered to supplement my current stash.

This review is for you’re customer service team, especially Anna due to a problem with a size they continue to correspond with me get this problem resolved. Once I get my new order I will write a review on the product itself. I will give customer service team especially Anna 5 stars!

I purchased the 5 pk I don’t find them to be what they say about them they are something you would get from Temu or not even that they do not meet the description disappointed very much. The return address is in china so it would have cost a lot to return because it’s at buyers cost.. Never purchasig again..

I went by the measurements & unfortunately they are a bit tighter around the top of the thigh than I would like as they are leaving marks.

I have had the most amazing and positive shopping experiences with this company, Vera's Undies. Everything has gone very smoothly from placing my order, to tracking the shipment and to the delivery at my door. I am pleased with the service I have received and I am very impressed with the high quality of the products that they make. Their replacement policy is so very generous and more evidence of the quality customer service they provide! I most definitely recommend Vera's to others who are looking for this type of product. I am confident that they too will enjoy a wonderful shopping experience! A big thank-you to Vera's for their help and support and for their quality product and excellent customer service. Sincerely, Mrs. K. Steinmann

They pretty much don't show thru tight fitting pants which was impressive.. Would definitely recommend ordering a size larger as they tend to be on the smaller spectrum

I like the panties, would like the price to be lower.

Very smooth. Anna was so helpful. i ordered the size i thought i needed... no, I needed to up a size and the communication between Anna and myself was brilliant and my new size is on its way already. Really nice service from the team, very much appreciated. Would order again and highly reccomend. Thanks guys 🙂Margaret.
