I purchased the 5 pk I don’t find them to be what they say about them they are something you would get from Temu or not even that they do not meet the description disappointed very much. The return address is in china so it would have cost a lot to return because it’s at buyers cost.. Never purchasig again..

SCAM - do not buy! Sizes are way smaller than advertised and material is cheap nylon. I didn’t even need to try them on to see they were way too small. Shipped from China, not the UK as advertised. Returns have to be at buyers expense - to China! If anyone wants my totally useless, unworn pack of 5 black 4XL contact me!

I had received the wrong size and returned my underwear in October 2025. I have not received a refund or replacement underwear. I have read that Vera’s has now closed but have just seen a 10 day old review. I would never use Vera’s again

Order problems, wrong items, no way to return I ordered from Vera’s Undies and had a very poor experience. My order took 34 days to arrive, and when it did, there was no paperwork included — no receipt, no order number, nothing. To make matters worse, I received the wrong size and the wrong item. I ordered a size Large full brief and was sent a size Small lacy hip hugger instead. When I went to the website to return or exchange the order, I discovered that returns require an order number, which I was never provided — not in my confirmation email and not in the package. There appears to be no way to resolve errors when the company makes a mistake. Between the excessive shipping delay, incorrect items, and lack of customer support, this company shows no concern for customers. I would strongly advise others to be cautious — do not get scammed like I did.

The size of the panties I ordered was the same, but hey are much, much too small

I can’t respond to the product itself because I received a completely smaller size than ordered. When I looked up the return policy, I found nothing!

Love the fabric, but I’ve now tried xxl & xxxl & there’s still no tummy coverage, comes up just under my belly button & doesn’t feel right!!
