Vera's UndiesReviews of shopvera.com

Easy to order & the gifts are such a nice touch

I ordered the wrong size. They run small for plus size ladies. I wear a 20 in Lane Bryant jeans. I thought a 2 xl would work, It didn't. They sent me a new order in a 3xl for no charge. I donated the 2xl to a woman that can give them to other women in need. Women's shelters. These are perfect for all women. They are not bulky . They would have been great when I got my period. Odorless, comfortable and a great company to deal with!

The service was good but I should have ordered a size bigger for comfort

I like the material, thickness of crach area. I’m unable to speak of the wear & use because what I received is too small. I did use the size chart given but they aren’t right. Notified Vera’s for a larger size of 3XL , have not been Informed of procedure as yet; it’s been awhile. Waiting to hear from them

Took a long time for order to arrive

comfortable, wash easily and do a decent job overnight

I love the feel and design and full coverage of these panties. I get a sense of security when I wear them. Very well made.

I can not give praise enough to the wonderful customer service I received from Anna. Every response was quick, helpful, understanding and friendly. The problem with the size was sorted which I greatly appreciate. The qaulity of the underwear is superb, I highly recomend them.
