Long shipping time, I need to return my purchase Please advise

Shipping takes forever. Wish they were a little higher on the waist. Otherwise forbids ok..

I like the material, thickness of crach area. I’m unable to speak of the wear & use because what I received is too small. I did use the size chart given but they aren’t right. Notified Vera’s for a larger size of 3XL , have not been Informed of procedure as yet; it’s been awhile. Waiting to hear from them

Took a long time for order to arrive

The messages from Vera do not relate to reality. I had wanted to change my order placed from S to M sizes, like my previous order. I heard from Vera saying due to being very busy that my order had not yet been dispatched. Reading this I immediately wrote in requesting to change the size from Small to Medium. I was told my order had already been dispatched with no option to change it. They suggested I wait to receive them and then return them. That did not sit well with me who urgently needed them. Anyway, the Small set of 5 arrived and they fit ok. I have therefore decided to keep them to avoid all the trouble to replace them. You need to stop sending out useless generic emails from Vera which may at first seem like a nice touch but in reality are full of nothing but misleading information. Along with the fake closing down advertising. Just be honest. Your product is very good so you should not need all the falsehoods to get your sales. Note the date of my order should be known by you since you sent me this review request. Lovely to wear, beautiful fit. Unfortunately, I can't wear them as I am allergic to what it's lined with. 😪

Hi, the service so far has been great. I ordered the wrong size and they sent me a bigger size. BUT the fit is terrible and soo uncomfortable -Too small in the front, loose around the legs.

The fit and comfort are great . However, as an experiment, I poured 1/2 cup of water into the fabric. The water just puddled and then off the edges and did not absorb into the fabric. They are not going to work for incontinence.
