Excellent service
Excellent service, I bought the most beautiful panties and my size (L) did not fit my body. After discussing with Vera, they help me to get the best fit. Waiting for my 2XL panties to arrive and can’t wait to wear them. Beautiful material. Thank you Margaret much appreciated

Not what I ordered…
My original order arrived with a different set from what I ordered. I let them know, and sent a photo. They have been great communicators, and have set things right for me. Thank you to Vera's Undies group. They do stand by their sales.

Needed larger size - customer service great
puchased xl size but after wearing one pair from pack of 5 found them a little too small, as bending over a lot later in the day caused them to roll down.Otherwise they were comfy and effective. I have requested 2 xl size after discussion on my measurements and their sizing. Customer service excellent...just awaiting next delivery.

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! We're really glad to hear the boxers felt comfy and effective, even if the fit wasn't quite right at first. We’re happy we could help find a better size for you, and we hope the 2XLs will be just what you need. Thanks again for your patience and kind words!

Great undies that did not fit me
Great undies that did not fit me. Though I bought them knowing I could not return them, when the largest size was too small I contacted the company. They responded immediately and REFUNDED MY MONEY. Great product; great customer service! Wish they fit my big bottom!

I ordered 5 pairs a few weeks ago
I ordered 5 pairs a few weeks ago. Whilst nice pants to wear, they were not efficient coping with stress incontinence. I got in touch with customer services, as per website. I was offered a refund of £7.50. I was to say say the least disappointed, and simply donated them to a local charity. I am in my seventies and thought I had found a really good product I am most disappointed with this firms refund offer.

These underwear really work!!
I have tried many different underwear that didn't do what they were suppose to. I have ordered 10 pair of undies from Vera and I am thrilled with the way they fit and absorb. I don't have to worry about leaks and I enjoyed dealing with Vera, she's the best.
