I wish I had discovered this website sooner as I would have been ordering from them over the years. I just love, love and love my new Leakproof underwear. They are so comfortable and they don’t bother my incision sites from a recent laparoscopic procedure that I had done. I love them so much that I took a chance to see if I could order more and luckily they still had stock to order from. When I placed my order I forgot to include the $30 coupon that Vera had sent with my first order. I emailed them right away and explained the situation not really expecting anything to be done about it. To my surprise and delight I received an answer back this morning that they honoured the coupon. It saddens me that this company is closing as I found the product exceptional and dealing with this company has been very efficient and professional. Vera's undies has a comfortable texture. However, the fit was tight so I was not happy. I contacted their customer support and I got a response immediately. After explaining the problem, a replacement is on it's way to me. Excellent service.

I'd been wearing menstrual-type pads in my underpants to catch "spills or drips" and I hated it. When I tried Vera's I threw away all the pads forever. The fit is good and if there is an occasional drip the layers absorb it quickly. There's no bulge or leakage. I started with a small purchase to start (maybe a 3-pack?) and very quickly ordered a couple of other sets. Gave my nice undies to a charity. I recommend Vera for any older women or even younger ones who sometimes can't get to the bathroom quickly enough.

Absolutely the best service ever for online shopping. This company has integrity and the undies, when correctly fitted, are comfortable and gives peace of mind. With all the scammers and cons out there, it is refreshing to find a company that goes beyond the usual marketing strategies and stands behind their products. The fit is good, I wear a med, They are well made. My big problem is the first pair on I leaked right through my clothes in a couple hours. If I am going to be active pad up.
