Food is good as is the selection, but the shipping process is less than adequate. The ice had melted for the most part and a lot of the packages were wet because they were not still frozen.

The prices and free shipping are unbeatable, so much so that I worry how long they will stay in business. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because while my items are always cold, they're usually pretty thawed out and they get squished. We ordered crab cakes and they were flattened.

I ordered faux chicken breasts and faux ham. The items weren’t cold by the time I arrived home to take them inside. The breasts were very flexible (no longer frozen). I haven’t eaten them yet and chose to refreeze because I was nervous about eating them.

Delivery time was decent. I’m not a fan of the vegan shrimp; it’s my first time trying so I’ll have to give it another try and figure if there’s a way to make them taste better.

Some of the food was squashed and there was far too much landfill plastic used to package the items. I couldn't, in good conscience, use this service again. Edit: I have updated this review to 4 stars. I learnt that for my order above, a third party source for the food and that this is not usually the case. A second order I place from the "Vejii Express" section of the shop was in much better packaging and all items were delivered together. One thing that I would say is that, if the Vejii Express secion of the shop has the better delivery time and packaging, it should be very clear when an item placed in the cart is NOT from the Vejii Express or has a longer delivery time.

The product came in on time and really fast. The only issue I had is that most of the products that came in were not air tightly sealed. Not sure if this was the vendors fault or the actual products company.
