This is possibly the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received. There was a delay in the order; I decided to go ahead and cancel the order as it was very late after Christmas. They went ahead and shipped the order to me anyways for free with their sincere apologies. When was the last time that happened? WOW. And the products were fresh, well wrapped and delicious. I will be shopping here again for sure.

When I had a bad experience with this company, I was contacted personally via email. I wanted a Tofurkey roast for Christmas but it didn't come till 4 days after even though I placed my order on the 14th. The person that was in contact with me kindly acknowledged my complaint and my suggestions for better service/experience for customers. I was offered complimentary products to try and was even issued a refund although I didn't request one. I feel like this company went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Will definitely be shopping with them again.

Ordered ground sausage 12/15, arrive 12/29. Initially I was concerned and unhappy, but Vejii went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied, refunding the order and ensuring product was satisfactory. 2020 has been a year for May firsts and challenges, shipping close to Christmas caught everyone out.
