shopvejii.comReviews of shopvejii.com

Order arrived in a timely manner and was well packed. Customer service was very helpful! I will be ordering again!

I previously wrote a one star review in January 2021 for partial delivery. Shopveji saw my review and resolved the issue. They provided me with a gift certificate and I placed a second order. My second order was delivered in a timely manner. Between my first rating and my second order I received a phone call from Customer Service to ensure I was satisfied with conducting business with Shopveji.

I had a wonderful experience with Vejii! My order was processed and delivered in week which was earlier than I expected since it was traveling from CA to MI. They had almost everything I was looking for and more. I love the fact that shipping is affordable AND they have a reward system! I will definitely be using them again!

Extensive variety of plant-based foods to choose from. Great one-stop online-shop.

I was skeptical to use ShopVejii because I had never heard of it, but it was the only place I could find a specific product I needed. I am so glad I did! Customer service was great, I got my items quicker than expected, and they were packaged nicely. Most other online vegan stores require a minimum purchase of $100, which is ridiculous, so I'll definitely be coming back here for my purchases!

I unfortunately received my first order of impossible burger from Vejii as a tightly wrapped bundle that had thawed during shipment so the burgers were just smeared together. The packaging was certainly defective but the damage was likely do to the shipment delay in late December! Rather than make a public display of my concern I sent a note to Vejii customer service (over the New Year weekend). On the first business day of the new year they sent me a replacement order *before* contacting my, then followed up to make sure the replacement arrived in good condition. I can not praise their Customer Service enough. With good products, at a reasonable price and excellent Customer Service they could not be any better.

My daughter was very pleased, we will order again!

We appreciate the lengths this company went to make right a poor situation with our first order. Took a long time to receive and our frozen food was thawed. I know they are working to rectify this for future orders and figuring out logistics. We will try this company again in future. As plant based eaters, we hope that this company will grow and thrive. So while our first experience and impression was less than ideal, we hope to see them flourish.
