I was happy to know that I was able to get my non-dairy milk at a reasonable price from shopvejii.com. The customer service agent was excellent and I felt assured I was onto something... BOY WAS I WRONG! My products were delivered late but, what was disturbing was the fact that they (6 milk in two styrofoam boxes) were terribly packed and ALL broken/messy when I took off the styrofoam cover. I took pictures and sent it to the team expecting a full refund after that mess. I got a partial refund for a failure which was no fault of mine. This was extremely poor judgement on shopvejii and even after a kind and gentle follow up message, I was not even afforded a response. Double whammy! My experience was definitely unprofessional and unethical and I would suggest 'would be customers' consider other service providers OR, physically go to a supermarket to get what is desired.

So, I really wanted to love Vejii because of the great selection of plant-based "meats"and was excited to get my first order. However, it arrived a day late and at room temp. Stuff happens, so that was not a deal breaker. The deal breaker was my order arriving in a styrofoam cooler. I cannot support a company that ships in styrofoam. I have had multiple correspondences with customer service and they keep offering to reship my order and ignore my concern about the use of styrofoam. They have not once addressed that concern. I have asked for a refund 3 or 4 times now and have never gotten a response to that question. I would rather not get my money back than receive another shipment in a styrofoam cooler. I'm super disappointed.

Poor delivery time. Ordered on 3/19; finally shipped on 3/24. Supposed to be 2-day air but received 3/29. Poor food product protection as cold ice packs entirely melted. Customer Service tried to tell me that plant-based products don't require refrigeration or freezing even though several packages specifically state it and grocery stores all sell products in refrigerated/frozen cases. Required escalation with customer service 3 days to finally issue a refund. The products they offer are great but their process is poor at best!

I was very excited to find an all vegan company. When my order arrived everything was defrosted, the Justegg was outdated. So unless you tweak your delivery system I cannot be a customer.

Save yourself some frustration and don't order from this company. From the beginning; about every other time you're prompted to put in an email address, just to add items to your cart. Then, when I wanted to log in and edit my cart, the cart started disappearing. When I was finally able to order (it took three times and a conversation with customer support) my bank account alerted me to a possibly shady transaction. Fun! THEN, I actually received my order. No, I received someone elses order, apparently. Instead of the $100 worth of vegan ham and other items unavailable in my rural community, I received three bottles of salad dressing and a pack of hamburger buns. Update: I was refunded for my entire order, which is great. Would rather have the food, but money is always good. They also offered a $50 gift card as an apology, with the suggestion that I might revise my review. Eight days later and that card hasn't shown.

Hmm...order once, only to NEVER see the items to order ever again! Items like: Abe's, Yves, and Vegan tamales from El Encanto! Thought I found a place for those "difficult to source" Vegan items. Now, they're gone! I also received Alexia Oven Reds that had REAL parmesan cheese!!! NOT VEGAN!!!
