Ripped me off website says its down for maintenance. They charged me but I'm yet to receive my products. Been 12 days still yet to receive any type of word back.... Don't buy anything from this site

Great products, Great Customer Service on the phone, helpful, listens and answers questions well. Slow on shipping and online response, but I would buy from them again.

Got a barrel on order. No updates on shipping. Tried every way possible to contact them.i get nothing. Never again i will order anything from them. They got my money and i have nothing. Beware. I think they are a fraud site.

I bought an accessory off of this site, it was a fine experience so I'm not quite understanding all the 2 star average review. Although the status of my order doesn't quite update in real time but not a big deal.

I received my product. I thought it was BS when I received an update email saying waiting for shipment. I think it meant that it was waiting to BE shipped out.

The absolute worst company out there. Do not buy from here. You have better luck finding the part you’re looking for on the street while taking a walk. They don’t ship parts and say they do. Customer service is useless and from the way I’ve had to deal with this company I see why. They do not help the customer what so ever.

Guess I should’ve checked reviews before ordering off their website, seems everyone has had the same experience. I ordered a holster on March 1st, after TEN DAYS of waiting for a package at my door I decided to call and see what’s up…. They said they were sold out of the item they let me order and spend my money on, just to give me a refund and nothing else. Absolutely terrible service. Didn’t even get offered a discount code or free shipping on my next order. Absolutely will never buy anything from Taurus ever again after this, should be ashamed to call themselves a company.

To be honest, I'd damn near pooped a brick after reading the gazillion bad reviews on their little shipping division, the GX4 was my first pistol as a responsible 2A supporter and advocate, I decided to use shoptaurus for a whole bunch of aftermarket stuff. I literally had zero issues and honestly I couldn't be happier, I bought a barrel, a GX4XL t.o.r.o. slide, a recoil spring, 2 mag extensions......I'm 100% absolutely planning on buying more stuff as I love that GX4. I've got 8 firearms total 4 pistols 3 shotguns and a rifle, while my taurus does hold some significance as it was my first pistol I bought back around when the original GX4 first came out, it's by far the cheapest firearm I own but I love it so much I often choose it over my other edc handguns. I will absolutely continue to use shoptaurus.com and their products I need. Shipping was fast, service was great. Enough said.
