I ordered a front night sight for a Taurus 856. They sent me the wrong sight. Not even remotely close to what I ordered. They should do mandatory vision checks on their employees. I returned the item and told them I wanted the correct part to be sent to me. Now they have none in stock and I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund. Not happy !!!!

2 for 2, both orders were delivered less than a week from ordering. The prices are great, way cheaper than on eBay, will buy more in the future, thanks!

I ordered a case for my Raging Hunter revolver which never arrived. Customer service was contacted several times when finally they informed me the item is not available, however, on their website it was available and after I checked it, from the next day I started to receive emails from them to finish the purchase. So I contacted them again why can't I get my item if it is obviously on stock or why the emails if it isn't. Basically they said no item, it is what it is and if I don't like receiving emails from them then I should unsubscribe. It is a way to say f. off to a customer in my opinion, anyway, I did unsubscribe and now waiting for the refund. That was the last time I purchased or attempted to purchase anything associated with Taurus.

I ordered a gun case on December 12th. It's December 20th and I still don't have any shipping information. I emailed them a couple of times and someone finally responded. I was told it takes up to 10 business days to process an order. Poor customer service and a poorly run company.

this is my first taurus and will by my LAST. there customer service is HORENDIOUS! I wish I would have dug deeper into their reviews.

Ordered parts 3 weeks ago. Still no parts. I’ve had stuff delivered from China faster. Emailed support and have not received a response. I used the 800 number and got the “high volume” run around and opted to have a call back. Still waiting. Guess I flushed my money down the tubes and am less than impressed with ShopTaurus. Wish I had read these reviews sooner and I would have saved my money. Buyer Beware!

My 941 was returned to Taurus in early Dec 2024, by a local gun smith. I have proof they received it. The gunsmith and I have both tried to contact Taurus. Taurus has not responded to attempts to find out about the revolver. They have not responded to emails, they refused to answer their phone, they refuse to call back (even thought their phone site says they are busy, but will call back). It seems that they are going to keep my revolver, I am at a loss of $400.00. What a rip off.

Your website and customer service is THE WORST service I have ever had in my life!!! We bought a gun with the 3 magazines promotion it has been over 60 yes 60 days no word no magazines no nothing. Was on phone SEVERAL TIMES to no avail this is a very BAD way to keep customers and future customers happy...
