To be honest, I'd damn near pooped a brick after reading the gazillion bad reviews on their little shipping division, the GX4 was my first pistol as a responsible 2A supporter and advocate, I decided to use shoptaurus for a whole bunch of aftermarket stuff. I literally had zero issues and honestly I couldn't be happier, I bought a barrel, a GX4XL t.o.r.o. slide, a recoil spring, 2 mag extensions......I'm 100% absolutely planning on buying more stuff as I love that GX4. I've got 8 firearms total 4 pistols 3 shotguns and a rifle, while my taurus does hold some significance as it was my first pistol I bought back around when the original GX4 first came out, it's by far the cheapest firearm I own but I love it so much I often choose it over my other edc handguns. I will absolutely continue to use shoptaurus.com and their products I need. Shipping was fast, service was great. Enough said.

Taurus has great products for a great value. I have purchased firearms three times the price of my Taurus and they still don’t function nearly as precise. We love them so much everyone in my family owns at least one including my wife who uses a Taurus spectrum as her daily carry. I recently ordered some extra parts for my gun and had some questions. They had great customer service with a quick response time. I would recommend Taurus to anyone who has an interest in firearms. Great for first time buyers or someone who needs something reliable but doesn’t want to break the bank.

I have read & heard a lot of bad press on the Taurus Customer Service. I bought a PT99 back in the 80's and love it. It always worked and can fire any ammo so far. It is accurate at 15 yards with iron sites. The only modification is that I painted the front site white and changed the grip. I ordered the grips from Taurus and it came in a week. After reading the excellent review on the TX22 & TX22 Competition, I bought a TX22 Comp in Jan 2022. It is also accurate at 15 yards with iron sites but better with a red dot. I then acquired a G3 Tactical in late July 2022. one of the optic plate screws was stuck and I rounded the Allen head. I called Taurus immediately and they offered to email a ship label but I was leaving town in several weeks and did not trust it would be returned in time so they recommended I have my Gun Store return it. I did and the gun came back in 10 days. It works great so far. I also ordered 2 G3 Mags & TX22 Mags from Taurus and they both arrived in a week. So that is my experience with Taurus so far: Excellent. SunFun48

I bought a 17 round Taurus G3 magazine plus a recoil spring from shoptaurus. That same day I ordered ammo from bereli. The shipment from shoptaurus made it here before the one from bereli.

Gx4 2 plus mag ext it says pending when you receive your order you will get what you order that is just the way they operate,

Ordered extra mags for my pistol, had no issues with the order.
