Today I bought a Klein sweet potato pie and it was the worst I ever eaten . The sweet potato strings were running all through it and at the bottom near the crust it was a blanket of the strings what a bad experience , never again.

I ordered half a sheet graduation cake at ShopRite in Wharton for the 1st time the cake I ordered so dry when you cut the piece everything fulling part .I'm very disappointed

ShopRite please stop selling watermelon they’re awful!! My second time buying watermelon at this store they are so tasteless and watery waste of money. Come on Aldi is doing way better than you with fruits. Now I have to throw this in the garbage and head over to Aldi. Btw it’s east Windsor.

Shopping there is fine their food quality is ok. Got sick from their salad due to it being expired, saw a mouse in aisle 12/ the bread aisle in flemington new jersey. they treat their employees like slaves and pay the least amount of money they possibly can. Theyre cheap and rip everyone off

today 6/19/25 I was at the shop rite in Hillsborough nj- I bought 3 melons - water-cantaloupe an honeydew all were hard and tasteless. The bakery department for the 3rd week in a row was as bare as it would be if you were expecting a snowstorm

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at the ShopRite in Skillman, and unfortunately, today was no different. They often advertise special holiday deals, but when you get to the register, the prices haven’t been adjusted correctly — meaning you end up overcharged unless you catch it yourself. A couple of weeks ago, I didn’t notice until I had already packed everything in my car. I had to go back into the store to get my money back — which was inconvenient but understandable once. However, today, on Memorial Day, I had again been overcharged for a holiday deal (Porterhouse T-bone steak). I went to customer service, and their response was incredibly rude and dismissive. They seemed irritated that I even brought it up. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it’s how a store responds that matters. Unfortunately, the customer service team at this location does not seem to know what customer service means. There was no apology, no courtesy, just impatience. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from a store like ShopRite. I hope management takes this seriously and improves training, because at this point, I’m reconsidering shopping here altogether.
