Never trust ShopperApproved reviews
When I had issue with an order from a company that has 5 starts in ShopperApproved. The only way to write review about company is when I received the order. I am trying to review the company and their customer care and not about the product. There is no way you can write review without having positive experience. That is the reason there are none or very few negative reviews. Never trust Shopper Approved reviews. You will see only positive reviews and 5 starts there. As the company pays ShopperApproved to collect the reviews, they try to get only positive reviews.

In the full survey that you receive via email after you receive your order, there are questions specifically about your customer experience, and you can rate anywhere from 1-5 stars. All of our surveys are based on a 1-5 star scale, so whatever our clients customers select is what is saved and displayed. We are very transparent about reviews, and we never incentivize or artificially inflate reviews. Just started with them and so far so…
Just started with them and so far so good. I wanted simple reviews on our service and products and that's what we got, at a competitive price. We have also had a very good amount of reviews since we started with Shopper Approved. Their integration team did a good job getting everything installed on our site.

Fabulous and Prompt Customer Service
Shopper Approved worked with us to set up a very custom review system for our training program! They were adept enough to work with our website's coding to customize when reviews would be sent out. All of my questions that have popped up over our time using this system have been resolved. I've been so impressed as I've spoken with several contacts at Shopper Approved. Each of them is very easy to work with and responds to emails and questions VERY quickly. It's been a great experience so far!

better review site than trustpilot by far! instant support, better pricing, help you with your rating instead of letting any spammer spam your business like trustpilot does. move to shopperapproved trust me i've been in business for 13 years and i've used them all.

Outstanding.... Been with this review company for maybe
Been with this review company for maybe 15 years, always a good experience, the system always works, and when I recently had issues with my webshop provider not being able to get the reviews to work in their latest online portal, the tech guys at Shopper Approved logged in and edited the HTML of my own website for me to make it work on that platform properly. The fee for that? Nil. Cant say better than that. :)

Works very well and Customer Service is the Best!
I have tried a few companies to collect seller reviews for our website. Nothing worked as fast as Shopper Approved. Plus it feeds into Google Ads which helps our products sell. Their customer service team always responds quickly and understands our needs.
