We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced regarding your recent order. Upon reviewing our records, we noticed that we previously emailed you regarding the delivery of your package. Our shipping partner has notified us that they attempted delivery but were unable to reach you. In light of this, we have provided you with the contact information for your local post office/courier so that you may pick up your parcel at your convenience.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Due to logistical challenges, we were compelled to process orders directly from the manufacturing facility in China. Our typical fulfillment center is situated in Los Angeles, California. However, we have successfully established a reliable shipping partner to ensure prompt delivery of orders within an average of two weeks. Your satisfaction is a top priority for us, and we would like to offer our assistance in finding a solution for you. We would be more than delighted to speak with you personally to understand the matter better. Therefore, we kindly request you to reach out to us directly at [email protected], to discuss further about the issue at hand. Also, we wanted to bring to your attention that there have been reports of counterfeit versions of our products being sold in the market. As a company, we take pride in providing our customers with exceptional quality products that are made with the finest materials. We want to assure you that we are committed to tackling this issue and are taking the necessary steps to prevent the sale of counterfeit products.
