Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I completely understand your frustration, especially when the item didn’t meet your expectations and you encountered an unexpected charge during the refund process. Please note that, as outlined in our return policy, return shipping fees are typically the responsibility of the customer. That being said, I realize this situation has caused a great deal of inconvenience, and it’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. I encourage you to contact our customer service team directly. They’ll be happy to look into your case more closely and explore potential solutions to address your concerns. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with your order and the return process. We understand that the multifunctional pant racks did not meet your expectations, and we regret that the communication regarding your return caused confusion. To clarify, our team would have been sending you a return label rather than a link, and we are sorry for any misunderstanding and delays that may have occurred. While we cannot resolve specific order issues here, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team again at [email protected], where they can further investigate the matter and assist you with any remaining concerns. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our processes moving forward. Thank you for your understanding.
