Hard to believe. I started ordering from this company a few years ago. The item were quality item, the shipping was 5-7 days Fast forward. In June I pre-ordered. I never got that order, I canceled it, the dress never shipped. Crazy me I submitted another pre-order in June pre-order July 30th nope. moved to August 30th. Nope.. This will be another canceled order, the website is saying September 30th. This is sad. Stop advertising items you don't have. I am done. Tried to support this Christian base business 🙄

The company offers pre order items, but you never receive them. One of my items was canceled and they sent a gift card that wasn't redeemable. The two orders were placed March 19, 2023 and April 2, 2023, and of the five items I was missing 2 items and still to this day only able to email and no items nor a refund. Don't order from here there is no one you can speak with only a generic email.

Pre ordered an item a jumpsuit and I did get a respond saying that after a pre order it takes 10-15 days to process then it would ship. I ordered it in June the date was for July 17th waited and then I get an email about the storm and how everything is delayed and now it’s the 29th of August and no update I will see how I can get my money back because this is just so unprofessional if you didn’t get the product just say that and refund the money like any professional business owner will do this has left me with a bad taste for this company and I have ordered before without any problems

Placed a pre-order on the 4th of July 2024 and the jumpsuit in question has not arrived to date. Paid for shipping as I reside in the U.K. Sent two follow ups and still nothing. I will not make the same mistake again. Fool me once shame on me- twice I think not. I wish I had googled reviews first.

I also purchased a jumpsuit in June . I’ve emailed the company and have yet to receive a response. I recently attempted to call the customer service number, only to find out it’s “currently “ unavailable.

If there was such a rating as negative 0 , I will most certainly be giving it to this company, purchased a jumpsuit back in June , and I have contacted customer service on the status , and no one has responded back, extremely disappointed , considering how much I paid for the item, Lesson learned, reading reviews at all times going forward! Scammers

I purchased two items from this company April 20th. One of the items had a fulfillment date of April 30 the other May 10, it is now July 1 and I have not received my orders. I have reached out to the company multiple times, the company asked if I’d be willing to accept one of the items in a different color and shared if I did, both items would be shipped on Friday. That was two weeks ago. My order is still listed as unfulfilled on their website and I have since had to resort to disputing the payment through my bank. It’s unfortunate because their clothes appear to be nice but it is unacceptable to take people’s money without delivering a product or service.

Still waiting for a pre-order placed on May 9th with a availability date of May 30th. Unable to reach anyone via phone, email sends back an automated response. This should be a crime he way these people are taking our money and not providing the goods. I'm about to look into it. I work too hard to give my money away or have my money stolen should I say.
